This hidden gem ski resort, confidential to all except investors, has untapped potential as an all-season destination and benefits from being connected by cable-car to the established ski resort of Gudauri.
Resembling France’s Les Trois Vallées with its landscape, it gains value from a brand new road from Tbilisi, due for completion in 2023, reducing travel time from the airport to two hours.
While Gudauri has exhausted its hotel development capacity and is the most compelling viable alternative to capitalise on the predicted influx of tourists to the region.
